Michelle Baltazar is an author, editor and web publisher focusing on finance and multicultural affairs. She is the Head of Media & Publisher of Financial Standard, an industry publication for fund managers, financial planners and wealth professionals in Australia. She is also the publisher of The Australian Filipina Business and Lifestyle magazine.
Prior to joining Financial Standard, Michelle worked for business magazine BRW and Shares magazine (London). She was previously a TV reporter for Balitang Australia, the local segment of Philippine-based network ABS-CBN, and her published articles includes a feature story on human trafficking of Filipinos into Australia (Newsbreak magazine, 2007).
